Defending National Champions Syracuse hold onto the top spot in the latest Penn Monto/NFHCA Division I Coaches Poll. The perfect 7-0 Orange defeated Wake Forest 4-2 on Sunday. The next 3 spots are also claimed by unbeaten teams with North Carolina dropping to the #5 spot after being defeated by Boston College 2-1 on Friday.
The first NCAA RPI Rankings were released earlier today and Duke claims the top spot on those rankings, which rely on win-loss percentage and strength of schedule. [Check out the NCAA RPI Rankings here]
