APPLICATION PROCESS & ACCEPTANCE POLICY

We will be accepting any and all athletes who applied by the deadline of February 12th.  If any additional spots become available, they will be offered to athletes off the waitlist on a first-come, first-served basis.  This adjusted acceptance policy allows us to employ top college coaches from around the country to work with you (pending the dead period being lifted).  We are extremely happy with the numbers and quality of applications received and the benefit of learning from and working with top college coaches is invaluable.
The session selection for athletes was made with the following considerations: 1) Players who could only attend 1 session were assigned to that session, 2) Siblings were assigned to the same session, 3) Goalkeepers were split evenly between sessions, and 4) Diversity of athletes by state, position and ability so athletes will play with and against a diverse group of athletes in their class.  When possible, we also tried to keep athletes from the same high school or club together for travel convenience.
We expanded our numbers and curriculum slightly to accommodate the interest we received.  We will be incorporating Field #1 of The Proving Grounds for potential goalkeeper sessions, warm-ups, and 7v7 play.  The turf fiber height on Field #1 is ¼ inch shorter than standard fields and was specifically chosen to provide superior play for field hockey.  The majority of play will remain on the Villanova University FIH Global Certified water-based turf.
Full payment ($575) is due upon acceptance of your spot.
