A 1-day showcase event for MAX Field Hockey’s Top 150 Players in the Class of 2028

8:00am-6:00pm
Note: This event is scheduled on a Monday to avoid conflict
with Regional Club Championships, NEXUS events, and JPOL games.
Schedule
8:00am-10:13am: 7v7 games
10:25-10:50am: Goalkeeper Showcase
11:00am-6:00pm: 11v11 games
All games will be played on the FIH Global Certified Villanova University water-based turf
Field Players: Play in 2x 7v7 games and 2x 11v11 games
Goalkeepers: Play in 2x 7v7 games (1 GK per team), Goalkeeper Showcase, and 2 GKs/11v11 team + extra 1-2 quarters
Limited to 100 field players & 10 goalkeepers
One top defender, midfielder, forward, and goalkeeper will be recognized at the conclusion of the event based on their performance throughout the day.
Cost: $425

Reversible Jersey or GK Jersey
Video Footage of all games

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Top 50 and Next 50 players automatically earn a spot at the Top 150 National Player Invitational on May 18th. Those 100 players will have until Thursday, March 5th at midnight to register and secure their spot. This event is limited to 100 field players and 10 Goalkeepers. There will be 90 field players and 10 GKs ranked in the Top 100. Depending on registrations, this should leave around 10-12 field player spots to fill from the Watch List.
New in 2026: On Friday, March 6th we will send invites to specific athletes from the Watch List to fill the remaining ~10-12 spots. It will NOT be a first come, first served process like in the past. Please do not reach out to us if you are on the Watch List and interested in attending. We will reach out to specific athletes.
