Why did you choose this school: I chose Boston University because of the connection I felt towards the coaches and the atmosphere. The coaching staff and team are determined and believe in me. I know that BU will give me many opportunities to succeed on an academic level and as an athlete. The education it will provide, with highly ranked colleges in many fields of study, is a great fit for me.

Anyone you would like to thank: I would like to thank my parents for supporting me and giving me encouragement for all that I participate in. Tina Edmonds for all of her field hockey knowledge and for spreading the game to Houston. I also thank her for all that she will teach me in the next three years. Finally, I am grateful to the BU coaches, Sally Starr, Sarah Shute and Tracey Paul for giving me the opportunity to continue doing what I love.
