MAX Field Hockey and The Proving Grounds in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania are partnering to bring together the best of the best High School Field Hockey teams across the country each Fall starting with the 2019 MAX Field Hockey National High School Invitational! Our motto: Prove it on the field at the Proving Grounds
We are excited to release our new National Invitational Central, which is now also accessible from the top main menu bar– Go to: HIGH SCHOOL– NATIONAL INVITATIONAL. This will be the home of all information relating to the event. You can read more about our back story on the event, learn about The Proving Grounds facility (5 turf fields w/lights + 1 water-based turf field w/lights), the location (just outside of Philadelphia), and everything you need to know about our 2019 event, including the official invited teams list and instructions on how to register.
Invited Teams: Teams earned an invitation by finishing in MAX Field Hockey’s Final 2018 Rankings or by competing for a 2018 state or major conference championship (winners & runner-ups). We have the official list posted at the National Invitational Central organized by state.

Registration is now open and teams may select from two formats of play: Format #1 consists of Pool Play (20-minute halves with a 5 minute half time) with a cross-over game based on pool play finish (5 games guaranteed). Format #2 consists of either 2 or 3 official regulation games (30-minute halves with a 10 minute half time). Â
