Why did you choose this school?: The moment I stepped onto the University of Iowa I knew it was the place I was meant to be. From their amazing coaching staff to their beautiful facilities, there is truly no other place like it. It immediately felt like home! Iowa is the perfect place for me to achieve all of my athletic and academic goals. The coaches truly want me to succeed and grow as a player, and I cannot wait to spend 4 years with them!

 Who would you like to thank?: I would first of all like to thank my parents for supporting me throughout my entire field hockey career and recruiting process. The countless hours you have devoted to drive to practices, games, clinics, and more, as well as being my biggest fans, have meant so much to me over the years. I could not have done this without them. I would also like to thank my club coaches Jun, Richard, and Jaja Kentwell, along with Guy Cathro for the many years they have spent coaching me into the player I am today. I am extremely grateful for all of the opportunities they have given me. I truly would not be the player I am today without all of their continued support. I would also like to thank my high school coaches, Morgan Paese and Emily Janis, for supporting me as both a player and a person. Their belief in me as a player has not only helped me grow my flexibility as a player, but also my confidence as a leader. I cannot thank them enough. I would also like to thank Kerry De Vries for always believing in me. Her confidence in me has really meant a lot and I could not have gone through this process without her.
