Why did you choose this school?: I chose Penn State because of the instant connection I felt with the coaches and overall school atmosphere. I aspire to be part of their Honors Program, which will allow me to meet all of my academic goals. They also have an amazing sports culture and spirit which is exciting, contagious and will always challenge me to be my best.

Anyone you would like to thank?: First, I want to thank my all of my past and present teammates for pushing me and making the game so fun. I want to thank Antonio Davis for teaching me the importance of working hard, physical conditioning and mental toughness. I want to thank the WC Eagles coaches, especially Guy who has taught me so much. I want to thank Richard Kentwell for always being there for me and giving me great advice about hockey and life. I want to thank my high school coach, Gina Buggy, for being an amazing coach and a tremendous person. I want to thank my future college coaches Char Morett-Curtis and Stuart Smith for believing in me and making my choice to attend Penn State so easy. I want to thank Stefanie Fee for being a role model and for helping me continuously prepare to be the best player I can be. I want to thank all my friends and family, especially my grandparents who mean so much to me. Lastly, I want to thank my Mom because no matter what the event, challenge, or celebration – She was always there.
